Get $20 Off First Month! We encourage parents to do early allergen introduction however they can. We feel our system is the best because it helps make this process simple, safe, and scientifically sound.
It's simple because you just tear open a packet and pour into a bottle of breast milk or formula or right into solid food. Bottle introduction is the easiest way to frequently feed allergenic food to your baby and it literally just takes seconds.
It's safe because we introduce each allergen on its own, starting with an ultra-low dose and ramping up to a maintenance level dose. Our dosing is equivalent to less than 1 teaspoon of yogurt or cow’s milk, 1/8th teaspoon of peanut butter, and 1/250th of a cooked egg, way less than what most parents may give their babies.
It's scientifically sound because it's not just about introducing the allergens, but sustaining that introduction over time. By having a way to easily mix this into a bottle or food, it ensures all the allergens get into your baby's mouth (instead of on the high chair, the floor, the bib, you...) and makes it easy to give it to your baby once a day without disrupting your existing feeding routines.
All babies are at risk for developing food allergies.
While babies with eczema or a family history of food allergies are at higher risk, medical research has conclusively shown that over 50% of all food allergies occur in children with no direct family history of food allergy. As a baby’s immune system develops, parents only get one chance for creating a positive response to allergenic foods.

We are confident that our system provides the most gentle, yet methodical approach to exposing your baby to these common allergenic foods. Early allergen introduction is inherently safe, and that's why the American Academy of Pediatrics recommends it for babies as early as 4 months of age.
It's important to know that Ready, Set, Food! is made from real food, and we made it even safer by designing a gentle, guided system that gradually introduces one food at a time during Stage 1, starting with very low amounts of each allergenic protein, so any reaction is as mild as possible. Our dosages by allergen are equivalent to less than 1 teaspoon of cow’s milk, 1/8th teaspoon of peanut butter, and 1/250th of a cooked egg. This is significantly less than what most parents may give to their children on their own.
